London to Paris Cycle Ride - 11th June to 15th June 2008

You could be well on your way to taking part in what promises to be the trip of a lifetime! Prepare to be overwhelmed as you cycle through beautiful English villages and into the stunning countryside of rural France. You'll follow the River Seine and pass areas associated with World War I until you reach Paris, undoubtedly one of the most magical places on earth. The sense of achievement you'll experience will be one you'll cherish forever – an unforgettable experience awaits you.

The following gives you a brief taste of the challenge ahead but for more detailed information please do not hesitate to contact one of the Overseas Team on 0870 905 5577 who will be delighted to help you! DAY 1: Cycle from London through the Surrey countryside and over the South Downs, through the medieval town of Lewes and into Newhaven. Ferry to Dieppe. DAY 2: Set out along the coast towards the beautiful Saane Valley, then head inland to Yerville, going further south to our stop for the night in Lisieux. DAY 3: Head East through villages, farmland and forests. Going through Neubourg, Beaumont and finishing for the evening in Vernon. DAY 4: Follow the River Seine to Breval then Crespieres where we will soon reach Paris finish at the Eiffel Tower. Celebration meal. DAY 5: Free day in Paris – Eurostar home to London.

Peru Trek - 28th March to 7th April 2008

If you have ever wanted to do an exhilarating challenge for charity here is your chance. OAB are searching for bold volunteers to trek in Peru along one of the world's most stunning trails and if you raise enough in sponsorship you will get to take part for free! Immerse yourself in ancient Peruvian culture and explore the remote Lares region of the Peruvian Andes. Experience diverse scenery as we trek through traditional Andean villages and along high remote mountain trails before we visit Machu Picchu, one of the worlds most important archaeological finds.
